Yes. You can pause for 1, 2 or 3 months instead of cancelling: you pay nothing during the pause, and afterwards your subscription comes back by itself, on the same plan. A one-month pause, once a year, keeps the discount you have built up. If you need longer, or need to pause again in the same year, the discount resets to zero and starts counting again.

Yes. The subscription ends at the close of the current monthly cycle and there are no cancellation fees or lock-in. You can subscribe again whenever you want, but the discount you built up resets to zero.

Yes, from your account area. Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge only the difference for the rest of the cycle and add the extra sessions pro-rated to the remaining time. Downgrades apply at the next cycle — they don't reduce existing sessions or refund what you've already paid this cycle.

No. Each monthly cycle you receive the number of sessions in your subscription and have until the end of that cycle to book them. You can book sessions for dates in future months, as long as the booking happens within your active subscription. Unbooked sessions expire at the end of the cycle and don't carry over.

You can cancel a session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without losing it. It returns to your balance for you to book another day.

The pack is a one-time purchase of several sessions with a longer validity (45 to 90 days), ideal for those who want the discount without a recurring commitment. The single session is a one-time full-price purchase, with 90 days to book it.

Each pack has its own validity: Pack 10 lasts 45 days, Pack 20 lasts 60 days, Pack 30 lasts 75 days, and Pack 40 lasts 90 days. The countdown starts on the purchase date.

Your first session costs €5, once per account. You have 30 days from the purchase to book it. After that, a single session costs €18 and you have 90 days to book it.
