MySelf Studio is a private training space that works by appointment. Each booking gives you exclusive access to the space during your session — no queues, no contracts, complete privacy and no peak hours.

We are located at Avenida de Madrid 7A, in Lisbon — a central area with easy access to public transport and parking nearby.

The studio is equipped with professional weight machines, dumbbells, bars, adjustable benches, cable machine, leg press, cardio and functional training accessories. All the equipment needed for a complete workout.

The studio has a support bathroom and a second private room for changing clothes if needed.

After making your booking and online payment, you receive a digital card (NFC) by email. Just tap the digital card on the reader to enter the space at your booked time.

No. You make the booking, pay online and enter with the digital card. No loyalty programs or mandatory monthly fees.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts. Later cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

You can enter at any time during your booked hour, but the time doesn't extend. Access expires at the end of your hour.

You can leave at any time. Close the door and the system locks automatically until the next booked time slot.

An individual session costs €11. We have discounted packs: Pack 5 (€10.50/session), Pack 10 (€9.50/session), Pack 20 (€8.50/session) and Pack 40 (€7.50/session).

Yes. Pack 5: 1 month. Pack 10: 2 months. Pack 20: 4 months. Pack 40: 6 months. Unused sessions expire after this period.

Packs are personal and non-transferable. Each user must have their own account and pack.

Yes, training in pairs is allowed (maximum 2 people per session). If you train with a personal trainer, the capacity reaches 3 people per session.

Yes. You can use headphones or the studio speakers, keeping the volume low to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Yes. You can record with your phone. For professional filming, contact us to arrange.

Clean the equipment you used and put everything back in place. We keep the studio organized and sanitized.

Stop training immediately. A first aid kit is available and, if necessary, call 112.

Yes, CCTV in common and access areas, without audio recording. Images stored for up to 30 days.

Entry of unregistered third parties or animals is not allowed for safety and hygiene reasons.
